Co. Longford Golf Club

Our Club Classic took place on Friday 30th May/ Saturday 31st May & Sunday 1st June culminating in the presentation of all prizes on Sunday night in Co. Longford Golf Club. This event was once again kindly sponsored by OBP - Precast Quality Products to whom to extend our sincerest thanks. The support of members and visitors alike ensured the success of this event once again with over 80 teams participating in the event.
The respective Captains, Mr. P.J. Mulligan and Mrs. Mellory Tighe extended their thanks to the sponsors, Classic Committee, ground staff, volunteers and to FGS & Louis Herterich for their kind donation of BBQ fare which all participants enjoyed on the tenth.
Congratuations to all prize winners - particularly the winning team of Brian Loughran, Joe Rooney, Liam Keane & Padraic Smith with a fine score of 98 points. We hope they enjoy their trip to Germany.
